Biography
Jaden Cornelious started singing in 1988 in gospel churches around the UK. He then moved to Ajax-Toronto in Canada in 1991 to sing with a Gospel Choir for 7 months.
On returning to the UK Jaden became a Pop/R&B singer and formed a couple of boy bands until his band B-YOND was formed in August 1994.
During his time with the band, B-YOND made many appearances on TV programmes such as Blue Peter, Good Morning, Fives Company, The Big Breakfast, MTV Music, The Box and more.
After signing to Logic BMG in July 1997 their single "The Key" reached No.4 in the dance charts and took them to over a thousand gigs worldwide, playing to over 308 million people. The band had an 18,000 strong fan base both in the UK and abroad.
The band toured with the likes of Steps, Bewitched, Billie, Happy Clappers, Gwen Dickie, Cleopatra, Alibi, The Nolan Sisters, All Saints, Five, Bucks Fizz, North & South, Kavana, Peter Andre and more.
When B-YOND finished, Jaden signed to Good Groove to begin his solo career. He worked with amazing writer/producers such as Random Music-Sweden, Lulu, Peter Cunnah, Tony Swain, Billy Laurie, Elliot Kennedy, Helen Boulding, Mike Olton, Greg Fitzgerald and Aaron Friedman, before he took a break from the music business.
Now living between North Devon and London, Jaden is training with American opera singing coach Bonnie Bradley Bailey and has been working in the studio with Richard Tattersall at Richard's Recording Room in Bideford.
Jaden has also been busy writing original material and will in the Studio with Greg Fitzgerald and Jud Mahoney soon. Also a duet with Italian superstar Gio is on the books !!!
